The Painted Pantry were contacted to update our lovely clients’ secondhand 17 year old maple wood kitchen which they had recently bought and fitted.

Their inspiration for this kitchen came from ‘Devol’ kitchen’s latest book which is full of inspirational photos of the most stunning kitchens – definitely worth a look if you’re thinking of updating your kitchen and looking for ideas. 

The colour they had chosen here is Farrow and Ball’s Mouses Back equivalent mixed into @tikkurila_uk helmi 10 which is a water based furniture paint.

The clients chose new handles, so filled the old knob holes, drilled and fitted new cup pulls and knobs. The new cup handles and knobs are from French furniture fittings.
